Prayer and Devotion
ADORATION (EXPOSITION) OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT is offered in our Perpetual Adoration Chapel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When visiting the Chapel, there is an awareness of the real Presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. It is an awareness of the gift of His total presence among us, an affirmation of His personal love for us, an acknowledgement of our total dependency upon Him who is the "vine" and we are the "branches", and finally, it is an attitude of centering our whole life in Him and His Holy Will. During this adoration time, the host is exposed within a cross called a monstrance. Someone MUST be in attendance at all times when the monstrance is in Exposition.
We invite you to visit Jesus anytime in the day or night. The Gospel of Mark 6:31 says, "Come by yourself to an out-of-the-way place and rest a while!"
FIRST FRIDAY DEVOTIONS are held on the first Friday of every month, beginning with the 9:00 AM Mass. During the Mass, prayers of thanksgiving and petitions gathered from written testimonies of adores from the Chapel are offered at the Offertory. At the conclusion of the Mass, prayers for the intercession of Our Lady of Perpetual Help are prayed communally.
The First Friday devotions are set aside in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and in reparation for sin. Among the promises said to have been made to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque was that the reception of Holy Communion on nine consecutive First Fridays would gain the grace of final repentance.
Confessions are heard after the 9:00 AM Mass.
FIRST SATURDAY DEVOTIONS are held on the first Saturday of every month. Mass is offered at 9:00 AM, followed by the meditative praying of the Rosary. Confessions are heard after Mass.

The Chaplet was taught to St. Faustina by Jesus. Our parish is faithful to this devotion and invite you to pray with us. If you would like to learn the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, please call Jan Tighe at 887-0027.
There is a PILGRIM STATUE of our Lady of Fatima that can be brought to your home for a week of family prayer and consecration.
