My name is Kathy Thomas, I have been blessed with the title Family Life Coordinator for the parish. I am trying to make our Family Life Office as open and parish-member friendly as possible. The office is located in the same hallway as the Worship-Evangelization office, across from the new conference room.
Please feel free to stop by and say hello.
Taking up the Offertory Gifts at the Mass is a special blessing. This is a special way to help celebrate a birthday or anniversary. Children love participating in the mass! It's such a wonderful way to bring your prayers, intentions and family right up to Jesus at the alter and you'll have reserved seats for your family. All families are invited to volunteer to participate in mass by bringing up the offertory gifts. Please call a couple of weeks in advance to reserve your spot.
Pre-Marriage Classes are offered here at our parish. All couples being married in the church are required to take marriage preparation classes. You must contact Father Leo 6 months (or more) before the wedding date.
Please remember to pray for all the engaged couples entering the sacrament of marriage this year. Please pray also for the sponsor couples who are taking time from their busy lives to share their own personal experiences to guide and nurture engaged couples .

Baptisms-We have been blessed with a lot of babies being baptized in our parish! Deacon Art is such a blessing! He is so wonderful with the families and babies. You must call him for information about baptisms at the main phone number 887-5364.
New Parishioner Registration
If you would like to register as a new parishioner please call the Family Life Office at 248-889-0634 to set up a time that is convenient for you.
New Parishioner Dinner - February 6, 2010 starting with the 5pm Mass and dinner to follow. David Lontine will be our chef and families that registered January 2009-December 2009 have been sent personal invitations for the Mass and dinner.
Help welcome our new parishioner to their new parish home.
The Vocations Chalice is available for parishioners to take home for one week to pray for vocations as a family. Singles, empty-nesters, young couples, retired couples and widows are all part of our parish family! Please sign up in the narthex to take the chalice home and help pray for those discerning a vocation in religious life.
